Tréport
Among the many coastal towns along the Alabaster Coast, Le Tréport lives to the rhythm of the sea.
The town is bustling with life all year round. Its commercial port, its marina and its fishing port attract crowds of onlookers who stroll in the streets and along the quays. Visitors wander along the seafront, taking pictures of the highest chalk cliffs in Europe (106 metres - 348 ft.).
You can take the funicular railway to park easily on the top of the cliffs and arrive directly in the famous Cordiers' Neighbourhood. If you want to explore more, you will then reach the fish market where you will find all the shellfish, fish and seafood specialties you want. Don't forget to try the "omelette tréportaise", a specialty from Le Tréport made with mussels and prawns.
